These Science of Reading Aligned, Word Chains are a fun and engaging way for children to work on blending decodable words at a targeted level. Children read the word then find the matching picture and link them together. They then read the next word and continue to find the pictures and link! Add an awesome fine motor element by using maths links to join them!
What makes these Word Chains different? They form part of a differentiated classroom activity pack that allows for easy group work and targeted small group work. All the activities follow the same sound sequence AND are colour coded for ease of differentiation! You can have all of your children working on the exact same activity just different colours!
