A fun addition to maths lesson or centers, especially around Halloween!

In this pack you get two different types of number mats

• 1-20 with spider webs. Perfect for simple counting, place that many counters, manipulatives or playdough onto the mat. We used the plastic spiders from Kmart (Australia). These are fantastic for oral language!
• 1-20 tens frames. These come in all Australian State Fonts, New Zealand Print, Sassoon and Print and have the word for each number written in tracing font (sassoon is outline).
• Spider Web counting mats with no numbers. Perfect to use with dice or number matching
• Ten and twenty frames with no numbers. Perfect to use with dice or number matching

Ideas for Use

The inspiration for this range of resources came from cute mini erasers that I found at Kmart (Australia), however they could be used with any hands on manipulative, playdough and whiteboard markers. This particular set, we used plastic spiders from Kmart and got out the tweezers to grab them from our pasta sensory tub!! A fantastic addition to Fine Motor practice!

Print and laminate the number mats in your chosen font. They are perfect to use with the erasers mentioned above, counters, buttons or playdough!

This resource will be easy to differentiate and provide hands-on fun for students!
