Do your children LOVE games! Then these Science of Reading Aligned, Real or Nonsense CVCC and CCVC Word Games are a fun and engaging way for children to work on blending and distinguishing between real and nonsense words.
The download includes
- 4 different games – you can tell the game sets apart by the matching symbols on the game boards and cards
- Each game includes decodable CVCC and CCVC words with mixed medial vowel sounds
Instructions for play are included – the game is best suited to 2 players but can be played with up to 4. I recommend printing the game boards A3 and the playing cards A4 so that counters fit better. You will need different coloured counters for each player.
