Description
This resource is designed as a fun way to practice decoding CVC words and is also great for building visual literacy (actually recognising what the picture is!)
Children either read the word then find the picture and colour or they could do the picture first then find the word. If they are not sure what the picture is of, encourage them to leave it to the end for process of elimination.
The first 5 pages are single medial sounds
The next 10 pages are mixed medial sounds (3-4 words for each medial sound)
All words are decodable and all Australian State Fonts are included!
