Description
The perfect way to bring some sensory fun to counting practice and number representation practice!! There are 3 different cards to choose from… numbers to 20, words to 20 or tally marks to 20.
Cut out the faces (on card or print then laminate), cut out the mouth and tape onto a cup. There are 2 sizes to choose from depending on the size of the cup you are using. Place in a sensory tub with coloured chickpeas, coloured rice, beads, marbles… anything that the child can scoop. Add in some spoons or scoops and the counting cards that you have chosen.
This activity could be easily extended to incorporate addition by placing 2 cards out or even multiplication!!
