Description
A fantastic way to learn or reinforce beginning sounds for each letter of the alphabet.
Use for displays, games or use the black line versions and print on coloured paper to have the students create their own rainbows… a great practice activity or assessment!
- Each letter has 7 different beginning sound pictures (except x & y as they have been combined on the same cloud).
- All vowel sounds have long and short sound representation.
- Letters c & g have hard sounds represented and I have also provided 3 alternatives of the soft sounds separately for you to add when you have taught this (there is also alternates of the black and white sheets).
Why not add extra skills to the games by gluing the pieces on pegs and placing in a sensory bin – literacy learning, fine motor and sensory play all combined!!
The document has been structured for you to print the rainbows in colour (games, displays) or in black and white on colour paper for students to use.
More resources are being added regularly and I love showing how we’re using them, so make sure you are following my FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM so you can see!!
