Are you ready for our third part in creating DIY hacks for the classroom and playroom? I love to create spaces in the playroom (and in the classroom) that are about simple and easily affordable for everyone. While we know that you can get amazing resources from the big names, there are plenty that you can find from Bunnings, Kmart and Officeworks.
Be warned, once you start it can be hard to stop! Did you read part one and part two yet?
Bunnings says Doorbell…
BUT I say it’s an attention grabber!
An amazing way to grab the children’s attention without raising your voice, and this one even plays ‘The Little Mermaid’!
Kmart says Coffee Table…
BUT I say it’s a table for the sensory tub!
Just cut a hole and add an underbed storage container. Then you have a sensory tub at the perfect height for your kids. Less mess too!
Bunnings says Garden Pebbles…
BUT I say story stones!
Add images and then stick down with mod podge, check out my how to post here, and then they can be added anywhere!
Kmart says File Holder…
BUT I say it’s iPad storage!
Even better if you can pop this somewhere near a powerpoint and can then also become a charging station too!
IKEA says Pot Heat Pads…
BUT I say it’s a fine motor balance boards!
Add some golf tees + use tweezers and marbles for a great concentration, fine motor experience.
